11:30 night of the murder

Roger Fisher returned with his handcart and Amelias Corpse was lifted onto it. And taken in for an autopsy

6:30 morning afyer the murder

Through the night Zanneth and Duke were both taken in for questioning as witnesses and were also named as suspects. Currently they were being held in jail. The results of Amelia's autopsy were made public because of how publicized the murder itself was.

Amelia died between 8:00 and 10:30 from loss of blood. Her injuries included the long laceration actoss her gut and the two puncture wounds on her shoulder.

The crime scene had been cut off from the public and a day watch was set up to perserve the crime scene. (Townspeople would take turns guarding it with the guards) Amelia's siblings (who lived alone, their parents deceased) were alerted to the situation. They could be found in their house (which will later be marked on the map, but you can go there if youd like)

Philip bagged the wand and book for evidence. He then went to the fountain and looked for fingerprints of some kind. At least THAT hadn't been contaminated...

Hobo Joe decided to follow up with Amelia's friends and acquaintances to re-trace her steps before the murder.

The door is answered by Lucile LeGrand, Amelia's younger sister of age 15. She looked grumpy and rolled her eyes upon seeing Joe. However it appears dhe had already showered and done her hair today. She was wearing day clothes.

Sir Eastwood, the knight Ria Butler used to serve, lead an investigation at the house Zanneth, while Sir Knight investigated Young's mansion, though since Duke Young moved in only a month ago, it still bore traces of Elliot's residence, such as the damaged basement bedroom, and the beds of wolvesbane.

7:15 the day after the murder

An announcement is made in front of the courthouse. "Zanneth McNightengale has been arrested on suspicions of the murder of Amelia LeGrand, and thus will be tried in court 8am on the morrow. That is all."

"Great... New person to defend... That's just wonderful..." Philip said sarcastically. The sword couldn't be used as evidence anymore because of Joe, which was bad. That thing was probably crucial to the case, and without, all could be lost.
